"Likely Scam when given a chance. I originally ask for my xbox to be repaired (2+ Week Wait), instead asked to trade in for a newer gen (2-3week wait, then excuses arise adding 3 month wait) only for the answer to be no after countless excuses. Have yet to receive my items back as they seem to always be closed when I drive 30mins out to location. I caught him going to the repair shop only for him to say he will give me my items the next day and walked off saying he will do a repair out of store. Haven’t gone back since my schedule was busy, and called repeatedly before and after this event occurred only to no avail. Likely blacklisted my number, and doesn’t look you in the eye while telling these accused lies. Stole $500+ worth of my items+cash. Albeit my first business venture, I have gained experience from this not to trust a seemingly trusting guy. May contact police for theft of property and unrightful business tactics"

"I went to go get my phone fix, my screen was completely shattered, Ryan the owner, ordered my screen replacement on the spot, few days later he fixed it and it was so quick!! nothing wrong with it, it was perfect, very fast service and they were on top of it."

"I had an issue with a gaming console of mine and they fixed it in record time. They even fixed a broken button on the console that wasn’t even part of the problem. The person who assisted me was also pretty nice. The store itself is very quaint and clean and the prices are pretty solid. These guys definitely deserve the business!"

"I can't say enough about this shop. I had just replaced the battery in my laptop & couldn't get it to charge. I thought that the charger port might need replacing. I called Repair IT & spoke to Ryan. He told me to stop in & that he would check it out. He tested the port & it was fine. The new battery was the problem. He recommended that I get an OEM battery for my Dell laptop. Furthermore, he offered to dispose of my old battery, as it had swelled & was now a fire hazzard. I offered to pay him and he politely declined, saying they only charge if they can fix it. What great customer service which also turned out to be an unexpected Christmas present! Even though my laptop wasn't fixed, I now knew exactly what the problem was & what to do about it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone who need an IT solution for their laptop/computer woes!! After evaluating i was told it is fixable. I left the computer with them and received it back in a couple of days. My reaction upon reworking on my computer was “wow”. It’s working “like a charm”.
