We placed an order for the Lindsay band and a radiant cut diamond. A few days later we saw an advertisement with the same band featuring an elongated cushion and KNEW that was the way to go. My heart sank because we had already ordered and paid for the ring. But my fiancé wanting me to have the ring of my dreams reached out to Keyzar customer service and they assured us it was no problem at all. I just needed to send an email with the updated diamond I wanted and they would take care of everything. I even customized it to be white gold prongs with a gold band. I couldn’t be more in love with my ring than I am now!! Even with all the changes and customizations we had the ring in about 3-4 weeks as promised."
