"We have been having a problem with saving the discussion part of a note for quite some time now. The work-around we've been given is to make an addendum to the note. That works only to a certain extent, given that all formatting is lost, and replication of the work I just did is not possible. The company I work for pays me by the hour. Also the billing to the insurance companies increases because I have to change my CPT code when I spend more time on documentation. Not to mention, it's very frustrating to write the patient assessment and plan, only to have it disappear once the note is saved or sometimes, even after it's saved and signed. One-star for support and getting this fixed in a timely manner. If I worked somewhere that used Epic, for example, it would have been fixed immediately because it's impacting the company's bottom line, the insurers, and the users (practitioners). WRS seems to care not one iota about this."
"Virtual Assistant (VA) Services. The WRS VA program has been a tremendous benefit for us at River ENT. We started using the VA to verify insurance benefits and verification. The transition with this program was seamless. We were so pleased with the program; we added a VA to answer calls for patient appointments. Again, the transition was smooth. We value the virtual assistants, and they are lifting burdens within our practice."
