"i have been sitting on the fence to write this. When I was in my teens, and 20's I loved this pool. I also know Joe from way back. I Joined this year as a member, and because of a surgery that took longer then expected to heal, the pool was off limits, as well as I had numerous invites this summer. It's not that I wasted money, I say lesson learned. With the Fairview probably never to open again, and Birchwood, still repairing. And Without a 2nd car this is it.....SO MAKE IT GREAT AGAIN!!!! Why be sub- par. This is what turned me off. Stop changing the hours! update your website for Google, Why is the phone always off the hook, Hire and pay someone who will handle it like a pool club. Set your prices for non members and sell ticket books in advance Birchwood did. I know good life guards are hard fine. But give then a crash course when dealing with members and guests, I would think they want tips. And lastly the what really pissed me off for the few times I went, BE HONEST, about how many days camps you bring in, do not sneak then up the back stairs, Set a schedule, I may pop in as a guest only next years. But Be a Great Pool Club worth a 5 star review."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place lacks professionalism, doesn't communicate with any one waiting outside in almost 100 degree weather to say they are at full capacity or what the situation is that they have you waiting. Have all these camps coming in thru the back door instead of having them come in on designated days and it be posted to let the community know what days will be more crowded more or less. They don't even respect the hours they should be open and the website gives you different pricing. Monday thru Friday should be 14 as the website says but when you get there they charge you a flat rate of 20 and for the kids it's the same rate and they only take cash. Mind you they don't let you know they only take cash so after waiting all that time that can vary from an hour to two or more you come with the surprise of cash only. Then what pisses me off even more the person who charges at the door disappears when they don't want to face the public as to know what is going on and why the wait is so long so they don't feel the need to show face. Where's the owner? Where's management at this point? Who knows. At one point a girl almost fainted waiting on line from the heat and they didn't even offer water to her nor the people waiting outside. This place just does what they want and doesn't care for the people. It's very sad."

"I have been going here for a few years now and while I have experienced some of the unpleasant things others said like waiting on line and not making it in, rude staff members etc. I still give it 5 stars. Idk about anyone else but I grew up in the 80’s/90’s and my family was working class but still poor. We went to free community pools and packed beaches. As a mom of 4, I am happy & blessed to be able to pay $20 (each) to get in and have my kids enjoy a clean pool, with attentive lifeguards! They are always within eye’s view and loveeeee this place. Sooo for me thats 5+ stars! And I get to bring in my own food & snacks, or even order for delivery….come on now, thats a great deal. The members get first priority of course, but also have you seen what the members are paying?! They are not getting these privileges for free!! They are earning it and still allowing people from all over to spend the day at “their” pool. My advice is …get there early (20-30 mins before they open), bring a small cooler with ice cold beverages in case you have to wait this will help, or even a small water gun and keep yourself & kids cool while having fun….and lastly but most importantly..:.enjoy your day at the pool making memories."

"If you don't have small kids it would probably get another star. But basically pool lacks real administrative professionals. Kids are running the show this resulting in alot of R rated activities going on. Mature actions that children should not be privy to! But it will beat the heat,my only take away!"
