I had a prescription sent for a brand and they filled it as generic without informing me. I reached out to the Dr. and he sent me confirmation of what he sent. They are disappointing to this community, I will not use them again. Do better for our community Chester NY Walgreens!"
"I would just like to say that the pharmacist at Walgreens in Chester, Miss Stephanie and her staff there are wonderful, helpful and kind people. I am a Disabled Veterans. Who has undergone over 30 procedures, and not because of my disability, but Miss Stephanie and the rest of the employees in that entire Walgreen are so caring and helpful, but not only to me I see how they speak and help everyone else that comes into their doors. Whoever writes a bad review often it’s because they are selfish and don’t really about anything but themselves I pray to God, that Miss Stephanie and all her coworkers will always be there, not only for me, but the rest of us who come to the Walgreens in Chester please take care of them. Please help them in every way you can. They are very deserving. I love them all with my heart and pray for them at night. Thank you. Have a good day."
"The pharmacist is a psycho. One month she fills your scripts and the next month she needs documentation. She screams through the drive in window what medication I take. They are the worst. Looking for a new pharmacy. I just recently switched because I live close by. They act like they are doctors. They can check their records. They filled my scripts the last 2 months. Nut job!!!"
"Annette is completely incompetent at customer service. 3rd time I've dealt with her dropping off FedEx packages and she fiddles with her device every time claiming it doesn't work and she finds someone else to take care of my service. How she's been employed since 2009 I can not fathom. Please retire her and find someone more capable."
