"I did a group ride with Equinox in partnership with Rapha and had a great experience all around. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the group, but that was not the case and I ended up completing my longest ride ever (50 miles). I was feeling cold on my ride to the store, so when I got there Rob helped me pick out a long sleeve jersey. It is so comfortable, looks good, and has pockets for all my snacks and equipment. The ride coaches were super helpful and patient (shout out to Coco). Rob also gave me great tips for other rides to try in the area. I had such a good time that I returned two weeks later for another successful adventure."
"I’m not one to leave many reviews but after my experience in this store, I just had to. To start off, as a woman that’s getting a little older, I felt sort of intimidated heading into the shop. I’m a newer cyclist and knew about the brand for a bit, seeing so many people wearing it. As soon as I stepped into the shop, I noticed they had a cafe! The barista was super nice and the rest of the employees were welcoming. They had pretty good options if you’re a coffee lover, like I am. I looked at their great variety of cycling clothing, I was almost overwhelmed. One of the managers came up to help me, I forgot his name but he had curly hair. He had a lot of patience for my millions of questions, from bikes to how the clothes are supposed to fit. The rest of the staff were so nice and supportive as well, as I tried on bibs for the first time, they all gave me advice. They were all so knowledgeable. I’m used to some stuff I ordered on Amazon but the quality of Rapha jerseys and bottoms seriously trumps anything else. They had a great selection but I eventually just ordered stuff online, since they had some more sizes online in the sale stuff. Before I left the manager let me know about this amazing event they had called the Women’s 100, which was yesterday. It was my first big group ride and I had so much fun, I can’t wait to visit the store again! Seriously the store and its staff are the best."
