"I would never recommend going to this school ,my son was in large class numbers where he maybe got 15 minutes of class time . When I called up and said my son wasn’t going to continue lessons they refused to give me refund for the next months class . I was told I would get a call back in a few days almost a month later nothing till tonight where they said they will not issue refund . I recommend any place besides here"
"I have tried many swim schools in this area. Most of which my children spent the entire time crying and refusing to swim. 2 lessons at Five Star and they are swimming with huge smiles on their faces. They don’t fight me to go, even in the middle of winter. They love it. The teachers are lovely, they genuinely care about making the kids comfortable and are making my kids laugh and enjoy the entire lesson. I cannot recommend this swim school more!"
"Teacher are ok but very pricey and you don’t get your full 30 minutes that you pay for. So you pay for 30 minutes and your child lesson is 10 mins because to many kids per teacher."
"Over priced and be careful they will steal your deposits and lie. They dont have enough teachers for the amount you pay. Your child pays for 30 mins and gets five minutes. Dont waste your money."
"Needs improvement for sure, specially for makeups class, class starts , 3,4 minutes late and finish on time? We paid 30 minutes lessons and may get 10."
