"Save yourself the time and go to +MEDRITE Northfield Urgent Care - New Jersey instead. Came here at 4pm. 4 hours until close. Three cars in the lot. Nobody in the waiting room. This sign on the door. And based on other reviews this is common for this place. I had been here twice before last year and the year before with no issues, but will not be returning."
"I wanted to be seen today at this location and walked in at 4:03pm only to be told they are not seeing anymore patients at this time due to the volume of people. They were supposed to take my name and number and call me with any available time to be seen. You only had 6 patients in the exam room and 7 in the waiting area."
"Normally my visits are excellent. I understand that they were very busy. But I did not recieve the kind of care that I have recieved in previous visits. I was seen by Dr. Kou. And I will probably call and she if they are the Dr on duty before my next visit. If they are I will be going elsewhere. On a better note. The medical assistant Kermit was absolutely fantastic. After my visit with the Dr. Kermit reminded me of something I needed to address with the Dr. If the Dr. had taken half the care Kermit did I would probably not be writing this review."
"Kermit is very friendly and helpful. Made me laugh at my visit when I wasn’t feeling too great. Dr Thomas was also friendly and helpful, made my visit smooth and listened to my concerns. The woman at the front desk was also friendly. Thank you everyone !"
"From the moment I came in I was greeted by a very personable, caring receptionist. She took all of my information and was very professional and sufficient. As I was waiting I was called to the back by Kermit. He was just a breath of fresh air. Kind, compassionate, all around understanding. Kermit helped me with crutches so I could get he gist of it. I had an amazing experience down to the Dr who was informative and very detailed. All and all I had a great experience thanks to that team."
