"This place is gorgeous. I want to take a tour today and will definitely be submitting an application. I was able to tour with a girl name Tori, who was awesome. She answered all of my questions and even told me where I could find some of the staging in the apartment she was super sweet and made me feel like this is definitely one of the places I would love to move into."

"STAY AWAY! Don’t move here! Only lived here for 1 year and that was enough! Apartments are cheaply made! You can hear your neighbors through the walls and hear light walking above you from tenants. I was constantly harassed by management and tenant who lived below me for walking normally. Harassed to the point that police were called on me constantly by the tenants who lived below me and nothing was done to stop her. Well guess what? I did not renew the lease due to harassment and moved out to a better place. And the new tenants who moved into my old apartment are now being harassed by the same tenant. You know how I know? The Berlin police department called me thinking I still live there because of all the times they came out and they still have my phone number on file. They were outside the Building # 18 calling my number because the tenant who still lives there is now calling the police on the new tenant. STAY AWAY!"

"I've been residing here for 2 years now. I moved in when Dana was here and it was a great experience. This community is very nice, well kept, and peaceful. The office staff have been extremely accommodating, and friendly also. Whenever I've reached out for maintenance or other issue, I received an immediate response. The community is in a great location and offers great amenities, including a pool and gym. I also appreciate the convenience of the elevator in my building. Jacob from the leasing office has been exceptionally helpful. I had an issue with my balcony and he was empathetic to my needs, and swift to resolve. He is always quick to attend to any problems that arise. I do think improvement is needed in the cleanliness of common areas. However, the workers who upkeep the grounds and facilities are hard working, friendly, and courteous. For the size of the community, it seems a larger crew is needed. This is overall a great place to call "home"!!"

"My fiance and I lived here for a year, Overall it was a very pleasant year. The staff were always good to us, never had an issue with them, they responded quick and were kind to us. The apartment itself is new construction, due to that you have to expect quality issues. However we never encountered anything that made the apartment unlivable."

"I wouldn’t recommend living in this apartment complex. Although it is nice, everything has been cheaply made and there was stuff breaking within weeks of moving in and we were the first tenants in our unit. I also requested a walk through with management prior to the end of my lease to make sure I would get my deposit back, and if there were damages they could be discussed. I was told by the management that all was great and I would “definitely” get my deposit back because the apartment was left in perfect condition. Then a few months later, I was told I was charged a $500 paint fee. Shocked to see in these reviews that they do that to everyone. We literally fixed and painted over all the holes we made in the walls with the exact paint they told us to get. We even left them an entire can of the same paint because we had to buy a big one. But then said it didn’t match the other paint and we had to pay $500 for the entire apartment to be repainted. Ridiculous."
