"don't expect your security deposit back either. aside from being the worst apartment property management probably in the state, they are also thieves. if you read through the rest of the reviews you'll see many people claiming to not get their security deposit back. well it has also been 3 months since move out and I just got a letter they're keeping 475 of my 500 security for 'damages'. the apartment was left clean, no photos provided of these 'damages'. I wish I could leave half a star on this review."

"I have had a very positive experience since moving to Taylor Woods in the summer of 2020. I cannot think of any issues I have really had that were not taken care of. The front office is helpful whenever needed. The units are very nice especially when compared to other apartment complexes in the area. I would recommend moving to this community."

"RUN AWAY FROM HERE! This is by far the worst staffed apartment complex I've ever lived in. Maintenance and office people do not do their jobs. Came back from my vacation to a broken smelly fridge. They attempted to fix it 3 separate times over the course of a month I couldn't keep food in my house. Finally replaced the fridge after that. Then my washing machine started ruining my clothes. Contacted maintenance a million times, finally someone got back to me after weeks and they came and "cleaned" my washing machine out. Washing machine continued to ruin clothes. This also went on for a month. Came back out multiple times before finally realizing it need to be replaced. Now my washer gets replaced, I leave for an hour and run it, come back and half my apartment has water covering it. Due to poor installation it leaked everywhere when I ran it. No to mention anytime they came in my house they left dirt, foot prints and trash from packaging they brought in and dinged multiple walls up when they brought in new washing machine. Also for about 3 days straight during a heat wave, my ac didn't work. When I called the office during open hours (probably close to 20 times) nobody answered. So as always I had to walk down to the office where I was given an attitude by an office employee which is absolutely no surprise because doing your job is just such a problem for them. Not once was I ever offered ANY type of compensation back for this, while spending close to $2000 a month for a one bedroom apartment. PLZ believe the bad reviews and RUNNNNN from this place. Because it's a great place to live! Shame it can't be properly ran!"

"This place has gone from worst to WORST!!! If you are looking to move stop now!!!!! This place was beautiful before Ander Properties took over!!! The office staff is always locked in and if you knock they hide from you. They only come out to show people units. The hallways are ALWAYS dirty!!! I called about a HUGE Bee wasp on the side where the kids play and was told that they no longer do preventive exterminator they wait until they get a few people to call them out. WE have dogs here and we are in the middle the woods, My building has roaches and you decide to cut the budget on roaches??? They took away the green bin and now trash is all over the place!! If you rent the clubhouse they are letting the people from the party swim. Last week there were like 45 people in the pool that were part of the party. lets not even mention how Maintenance team have no idea what they are doing or just lazy.I can not wait until my lease is up!!!!. I have lived here 4 years and this is the worst I have seen it. If Ander cares about this place do a surprise vist to see how bad your property looks. If you are looking to rent RUN. This place is horrible plenty of NEW options in the area."

"Extremely overpriced to be walking on egg shells. A rude and impatient neighbor lived below me. She was snooty and seemed miserable all the time. She complained of our footsteps multiple times and whenever maintenance did work in our apartment. We received a warning from the office about some banging and we were super confused because the office should've known maintenance was in our unit doing the work we requested and should have relayed that message to the old lady below before sending the notice to cease. I was heavily pregnant with my first baby moving into TW and did not renew my lease when our year was up. Being on the 3rd floor was rough and I was fearful that my then screaming & walking/running toddler's footsteps would also be too loud for the woman below. Our floors were 80% covered the entire time and we were still getting harassed over footsteps. It's apartment living. If she didn't want to hear anything she should've bought a house. The office should've investigated more before emailing us and sending notices time and time again. Other than that the clubhouse and pool were nice."
