"Pathetic!! I asked the clerk for help and his response was “Did you even try to do it yourself?” He had no clue of anything because he was too busy in his phone. I bought several hats and he had “no small bags”. When I asked to see the larger bag he responded with “They’re in the back and you don’t want it”….I went there roughly a week ago in the evening. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was short with glasses, sloppy facial hair, and a big head."
"Went to Menlo Park store today to buy a hat and was completely ignored by the person working in the store, I was the only customer in the store at the time but the guy was too busy FaceTimeing a friend to hear me say "excuse me" twice, I had to walk out with nothing. Horrible experience! Do better lids."
