"Very nice units. Too warm."
"I have fond memories of Salisbury point back in about 1960. It was a wonderful location and the view was magnificent the river was beautiful in the tappan zee bridge is always entertaining. Very safe location. So safe that when I fell off a third floor balcony I landed pretty much unharmed though shaken up Of course I was about four at the time. I'm not quite old enough to remember the man on the roof. I wonder if there's anyone who remembers back when the building closest to the tappan zee had a man escape from a local jail who had been able to get up on the roof and was able to convince children in the building to bring him food He was up there for a while. All in all I found it a nice place and it brings back a lot of good memories."

"I guess they're renovating or under renovation personally I didn't think it was all what it was worth so I did not buy on a personal note clean it up"
