"Samson Management is horrible. It takes forever to fix something if it does get fixed they don’t respond to any of your needs but just keep raising the rent.! PARKING is HORRIBLE! They let people with scooters take parking spots even in the winter that should be for residence. They don’t do anything about it yet. Charge you for a parking space and a deposit for a concrete parking space not a garage. They are absolutely insane. Would never recommend this place. Don’t get me started on the mice and the bugs that they will do nothing about.! if you’re looking for a place in Tarrytown , please do not rent here. You will be so disappointed.!"

"Horrible place to live. If i was able to give it no stars i would. It's like picking teeth for things to get fixed. The bathroom in my husbands bathroom has mold on it. He sent pictures, the workers have actually come to see it and still haven't fixed it. It's been 3 months. Still haven't fixed one of the heaters in my apartment and they know it needs a new piece. Not to mention i have no light in my hallway or kitchen."

"This place showed zero care, took my money and Samson management never took my issues seriously and said they were fine with me living with roaches..the code enforcement did nothing and the management didn’t properly care for the apartment and didn’t exterminate-their own office slipped up and said they didn’t keep up and the super said so as well. Do not rent here. Still fighting to get my $$$ money back. This is just one of the kind of roaches you’ll find in your apartment!"

"Reached out to inquire about leasing an apartment. Only did this because it would be closer to my job. I was met with sheer rudeness. The person who answered couldn't careless about being helpful or providing information. Essentially her response to every rental I saw online being rented out was "oh well, just keep checking the site." Whatever, I can find better elsewhere."
