"Terrible experience with Veronica from management office when completing new rental. Gave my apartment to someone else for no legitimate reason."

"I used to leave in this building , did rented twice, .I was ignorant of the renters laws, and landlords obligations. until I bought a house many years later., AND HIRED A LAWYER. Twice the landlord DID NOT RETURN MY SECURITY. IT WAS A 2 MONTH SECURITY EACH TIME. I though that security was in place in case you leave the rental without a month notice. BIG MISTAKE. Ignorant me. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS ONLY IN PLACE JUST IN CASE IS THERE ANY DAMAGES ON THE RENTAL CAUSE BY THE TENANT. Since I left the rental without the month notice, I even painted it and deep cleaned it so I would get my security back. NEVER DID. Jimmy and Patty even had me sign a paper saying that I would not come back for it. I felt threaten by them. They gotten so many lawsuit for security deposit from so many people. THE LANDLORD IS A SCAMBACK, CHEATER AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL. FOR STEALING HONEST PEOPLE MONEY. I AM NOT EVEN SURE IF I CAN STILL SUE THEM FOR IT. I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HELP. SO MANY MANY INMIGRANTS NEVER GOT THEIR SECURITY MONEY BACK. WHAT A SHAME SHAME SHAME ON ALL OF THEM"
