"Living here is a nightmare. Property management does not understand how to communicate, does not take responsibility for routine maintenance, and had accused me of lying multiple times. They don’t answer the phone or emails and I’ve had to start recording videos of conversations that happen in person to follow up. Avoid at all costs."
"I've lived in the Liberty Harbor neighborhood for 4 years and have had a great experience. The front desk staff (at 9 and 30 Regent) are so personable and friendly, especially Carmen and Judy at 30 Regent. Nick on the maintenance team has helped me out with any issues that's come up in our apartments. He's very attentive, friendly and always says hello when we see him around the buildings. I feel very comfortable allowing him into our apartment to fix issues even when we are not home."
"We've been here over 3 years and can't be happier. This is a community where people know and care about each other. The 1 star reviews are sad because if you just give a little kindness to everyone around you, LH residents and staff are wonderful people that truly make this a beautiful place to live. The location is perfect. Light rail station just outside the front doors, the entrance to Liberty State Park a few hundred feet away. It's super safe, everything is well maintained and clean, property management is always available to help with anything and the concierges are professional and just really wonderful people. Sammy, Thank you for your warmth and kindness when you greet us at the door in the evening!"
