Arlington Place Apartments

"DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Management does not respond to emails. They're are roaches in the units, packages are stolen from the mailroom, non-residents enter the building and pee in the hallway. This has been an ongoing issue and management does not care. Save yourself the headache and move else where. 9/27/2023 As of today, 11/29/23, the building is still in shambles. I am moving - thankfully but avoid this place at all cost. 5 residents moved out within the last month due to the ongoing issues and lack of communication within the building."

"By far the worst place I have lived in. From the first 3 months living here to almost getting broken into in my apartment 2x, to the the constant fighting of my tenants next door using weapons and bleach. To the many issues with our washer and leaks, worms coming out of our bathtub drains to now a roach infestation happening in this building oh and random strangers walking around the premises in our halls, and maintenance does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The property management is terrible here. I would Not recommend moving here. STAY AWAY!!"

"Beware! Beware! Do not move to this building. I’ve been here for approximately 6 months in which 5 out of the 6 months I did not have hot water. The management team do not respond to tickets and there is no form of security to protect the tenants from the countless nonresidents that roam our hallways and staircases. My toddler’s room has a moldy ceiling from water damages and the city gave them 60 days to address the issue, it is close to 120days since the issue was supposed to be addressed. The rent is OVERPRICED for the service you’ll receive. They have policies they do not follow and the lease agreement they violate themselves. There is absolutely noooooo care for the tenants here. Please take your hard working money, sanity, and family elsewhere because this building is nothing close to luxury!"

"Do not move in this unsafe and poor management building. The name change does not fix the ongoing safety and management issues. I lived here for 18 months and no repairs have been done. My bathroom ceiling has water damage and three people have come out to take pictures and NOTHING was done. You will also have some roaches in your apartment as well. This is a building issue, you can exterminate all you want. But, if the building is not getting to the root of the problem it will remain an issue. There has been unauthorized individuals sleeping in the staircase, garage and lobby. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!"

"As a resident of this building for over 5 years, I can confidently suggest that you do not move here. There are countless issues occurring among the residents including maintenance, stolen packages, unauthorized individuals roaming throughout the common areas, lack of security, cleanliness and overall neglect from management. Please consider other options."
