"I have lived in the Crest Ridge Apartments for 11 years. I just just recently moved out only to move on to the next phase in my life. My stay here has most certainly been comfortable. The grounds are clean and quiet. I never had an issue with maintenance responding to any of my needs which were always very minor in nature. I will miss this place!"

"I do not recommend this apartment, there are a lot of much nicer options around here. Pros: - Relatively nice and scenic location - Rather good commute: bus station right next to the apartments; 7 mins of driving from NJT. Cons: - Lawn maintenance. Probably the most annoying feature of this apartment. They are obsessed with their lawns and gardening trucks come every day, start work at 8am and buzz with their machines until evening. If you take a day off to rest and sleep, you can forget about it. You'll end up waiting until summer ends an it finally snows and then when it does, you'll stare in amazement and disbelief how they still come and ride their lawn mowing machines all day on top of snow-cowered lawn without any hints of grass. - Parking. Lots of parking lots, some labeled with apartment number, some labeled as V and meant for temporary visitor parking. Needless to say V spots fill up with residents owning multiple cars. And since management doesn't care to enforce anything, some of the more aggressive residents will just park in your own spot. When you call management, they will recommend you to leave a note on the windshield (doesn't work, since residents know nobody will enforce anything). Another pretty unique "feature" is that when doing construction or maintenance, they can leave machinery sitting in your spot for weeks without providing you with any replacement parking. - Recycling (see photo). A small and not nearly adequate bin that fills up on the first day, people usually start placing recycling next to the bin and it accumulates into a huge ugly pile of trash (which also starts melting if there is heavy rain). From time to time, if the pile grows enormous, they will send a guy to pick up extra recycling and throw it into bins meant for regular non-recyclable trash. - Trash. Each apartment has a small bin next to your door where you can leave your trash bag. In theory a guy will pick it up in the morning and carry to the main trash bins. In practice, racoons will take out your trash bag at night, rip it and spread trash around. The pissed of trash pick-up guy will call you in the morning, yell at you and will tell you to gather trash yourself. After several of times of this, you'll just give up and will start carrying trash to the main bins yourself. - Maintenance. Usually works the following way: after you call a bunch of times and nag about the problem, they will finally send someone. The person will look at your leaking sink, broken restroom fan, broken balcony door or whatever it is, say that they need to go grab tools and will never return. After living here for 1.5 years, I've never had a single problem fixed in the apartment. Some of them I was able to fix myself, some I just had to accept and live with them, counting days until I can move out."
