"Dr Visco is great but the service is the worst. Since day one never get return calls, leave messages, try office live time get voicemail every time, even go thru patient portal to leave message for doc, which every other doc office responds to, not this one!!!! How do you provide continuity of care without connecting to your patients I’ve tried to reschedule an appt since end of November , no return calls, despite my being in current care and doctor requested followup!!! I have never experienced this with any other off in my life!!!!"

Won’t answer or return calls, so I have no choice other than to leave this well earned review. 3 office visits and literally nothing was accomplished. Luckily my primary was able to get me going in the right direction. Maybe now someone will call me back? Update: no call other than an attempt to schedule a follow up (for what??) and milk me for some more money."

"Five doctors, all very skilled. Front desk people are nice and efficiently effective. The staff nurse is very helpful on the phone. Quick call back if you call when they are closed. PFT testing on-site. Highly recommended."
