"My first baby’s doctor appointment was last week with Dr Budnick, we are so disappointed! We wait too long they,the baby was crying nobody care ,then just for regular rash Budnick send me to emergency room !!! Because they want to use my insurance and make me pay… very unprofessional and my baby was just 5 days old! Shame on him!!!!"

"I love Dr. B, he was my doctor as a child. When I had my infant, there was no one else in mind for care. However, the phone are always on service lately and it has been frustrating. Last week I called because my child was projectile vomiting, low-grade fever, pulling his ears, and had diarrhea. Peggy stepped in as Budnick was on vacation. I was told multiple times after calling multiple times that whatever he had needed to run it's course and that they were too busy for him to come in by the nurse. I asked how likely was it that he had an ear infection, she said that was not it. I called a week later concerning the diarrhea not letting up, told the same thing. After his symptoms continued to worsen, I took him to the ER. Well... letting it run it's course turned into RSV, Bronchiolitis, and a double ear infection. Moreover, he visited the hospital on Sunday 01/02/22 in the early afternoon. The area was hit with a snow storm on 01/03/22...fine. I have been calling the office non-stop since Sunday 01/02/22 to leave a message on the voicemail for a hospital follow-up and have been unable to. To my surprise, the now have an answering service that does not take messages for the office OR let you transfer to the voicemail. If they are busy the phones are on service... which is all day. This is unacceptable. Fast forward to 01/05/2022, I had to call CHOP primary care for a hospital follow-up. Completely unacceptable. I guess this is where "letting it run it course" has gotten us. Take care Dr. B; this is the end of the road for now. I do not like my infant's health being toyed with. If you part ways from VIllage Medical/reliance/whatever other mergers, we would consider returning."

"Dr B. has been our pediatrician for 28 yrs. and we love him. One of my oldest did not want to transition to an adult doctor and my kids would be ok staying there if they could. We will be sad when my youngest has to transition to an adult doctor soon. He and his staff have always been great and accomodating when we needed them. Never waited a long time in the waiting room, in and out withing an hour. Only once Dr. B had an emergency and was a bit behind schedule, he personally came out to the waiting room himself to apologize and let me know that it will be about an hour. I have never had a doctor give me a heads up or apologize for a long wait. Great bed side manner. It is a bit weird having Reliance there, not crazy about it. However, I cannot comment since I have not had much experience with them thus far. I guess it's ok so far. Thank you Dr. B for your great care and being so thorough in my kids care."

"So I give 3 stars because I love the staff and Dr. Budnick prior to joining Reliance and don't want to hurt them in people's search's...they truly are wonderful! However, since Reliance took over things just aren't the same. I won't go into everything as I want to keep it short and sweet with the biggest problem. BEFORE you pay a bill from Reliance CHECK IT! I was billed for two of three children for a flu shot with a nurse, all the same day, that is fully covered 100% by my insurance! My thought is how many people are just paying because they can't look into it and are losing out on money!! I called when I got the first bill a couple days ago and they righted the wrong. However, I called today to take care of the second bill and the woman hung up on me after telling me she was going to take care of it and I wanted her to look into the third child making that known before she hung up on me. So I called back after being hung up on to find out if it was taken care of and to find out about the third child. The next person that I had talked to said that it was not taken care of and that the third child had a zero balance. She then fixed everything with the one child to make it a zero balance. WATCH your bills people, that could have been us out of $20 for no reason!!! That second person blames it on the insurance company. I never had bill issues prior to Reliance, ever! I even sent a message to corporate over this incident more because I'm worried for other people! I really wish I had the woman's name that hung up on me because she was just down right RUDE and I'd love to put her on blast!"

"Best Dr ever. Been taking our kids there for 25 years now. My kids are ages 13 to 25 and they all LOVE Dr. Budnick. He will always fit them into the schedule when they are sick. If it is after office hours you can connect to his service and he will call you back. His office staff are equally as great! Plus he has 2 locations, 1 in Pomona and 1 in Margate, both pleasant atmospheres. I could go on forever with great things to say!!!"
