"I've been shopping here since day one and love it. It was the only smoke shop around for a while but even with others now, they have great stuff. Aside from the usual shop smoke shop essentials, they have a large refrigerator always stocked, huge selection of snacks, and even clothing/other merchandise. The prices vary on everything but can be a bit on the higher end. The quality of everything they sell is top notch though."

"Horrible horrible horrible experience, first Of all the kids that work there need to learn the meaning of customer service , I personally feel there should be a manager there at all time to handle situations that a kid wouldn’t have the wisdom to understand or know… this is the third time buying a product from here and it broke or it doesn’t work , here is my vape pen I bought a month ago and it broke apart and they said it just of been hard force . The last two times my vapes didn’t work by the time I got home and I came back , they refused to give me a refund or exchange . They said it’s too late you left the store meanwhile I’ve been going to this store since it’s opened and donated thousands already . Their product is good and over priced but the store itself and the workers and the customer service is a 0 even a -5. I stood there for five min once waiting to get help because the workers are so blasted !! Looks like they changed they’re name to wicked ghost haha must of been all the complaints"
