"The Hispanic older man with the ponytail needs to be fired. Every time I walk into this store, he is there with about 4 non-employees behind the counter who are smoking up the supply of the store. He has the worst attitude and acts like he cannot be bothered to answer questions or even give the smallest courtesy such as a hello to paying customers. He has a nasty disposition, that is what made me go to the new smoke shop on white plains next to Golden Krust. Their 8ths are 25$ whereas this store charges 30$. Also the people in there are way nicer and so friendly and respectful. DO NOT buy anything from this store, they are lazy leeches who DO NOT care about serving our community but feeding their pockets. GOD bless"

"Honestly speaking this shop been on Gun hill for a few years & the guy with the pony tail need a new job or career. His attitude stinks, I watch young teens come in here and get treated disgustingly. You can’t be that miserable. Take a trip around the corner to 213 and white planes road, I promise you that you’ll feel more comfortable spending your money there."
