"The place was packed but employees were very nice. I was surprised how smoothly process was and was in and out quicker than expected."

"I came in without an appointment for a physical assigned to this location from an employer. I already accept that I could be there for long, so I came in with humility and patience. I arrived at 1pm and got out to my car by 345pm. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The physician? Not so much: the approximately 5 minutes or less face to face consult time with her - she was very hasty and impatient. Why would you ask a patient a series of questions without giving them a chance to answer? And when they did answer, you just talk over them? She was about 8 questions in, when I did ask if they were OK, and pointed it to her attention that she was being very hasty to me (didn't mention at that point that I'd been there for much longer than the 15 minutes tops she'll ever spend with me of face to face consult and charting). She played a bit nicer then. While not a physician, I'm a healthcare worker too. I can vocalize my health issues to you. But if I wasn't like most of the patients I saw out there waiting with me, they may not be able to advocate for themselves. If you're in a position like this, find the time. Take a beat to deep breathe or reset because that bedside attitude is terrible."

"Staff is super friendly up front, but the fact that appointments are not allowed for certain procedures is frustrating. Ended up waiting 3hrs just for the doctor to see me for 2 seconds and seemed like he could care less. The paperwork aspect seems repetitive you need to do some on a mobile device, then another portion on paper with the same questions. Just my opinion, hopefully others have better experiences."

"I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1:15 appointment on 9/1/2023, I was then asked to fill out 3 pages of paperwork that I had filled out on an earlier visit, then had my weight, height and BP taken, only to be put in a room and wait 1 1/2 hours to finally see the doctor, who then ordered X-rays to be done!! People’s time is valuable and you’re only wasting it by running your facility this way!! When I initially called to schedule this appointment I was asked if I had any X-rays or MRI disc’s, I told them “NO”!! Why wouldn’t you at that time make arrangements for me to have them done if that’s what you need for my exam? This would have streamlined the process and not wasted more time! Additionally, I felt the exam was mediocre at best and for the Dr to make a true evaluation and diagnosis on my injured knee he should have had an MRI ordered to rule out any serious tears or damage."

"Very careless doctors that make you feel like your injury is not real. They made me feel like my pain is non-existent and they were telling me to go to work full duty even though I still had a concussion and a bad neck injury. The doctors talk over you with a loud voice, and don’t even give you a second to voice your concerns. They would have a different doctor, or a Nurse Practitioner, or a Physician Assistant seeing you, and you’d have to explain everything from day 1 every time. Even when you request to see a doctor, they will still send a PA or a NP, this place is ridiculous. I can’t put into words how terrible my experience was here. And as of the wait times…expect to be there for 3 hours even with an appointment. Sometimes just to check in takes 30 minutes! I would always get to my appointment 10-15 minutes early and end up checking in 30 minutes after my appointment. Then still wait for my name to be called in for a room. Front desk people are rude some days and nice other days, their moods are always different. This place deserves a 0 star rating"
