"Please DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN APPOINTMENT! My name is Bernice Almodovar. First of all I want to say that during my first appointment here I was shamed for being a young mom by my nurse, the said I was “too young” to be a mom (I’m 21 years old). Not only was I hung up on by the receptionist that worked on December 28th at 1:15 pm , but I was neglected by whoever signs the doctors notes in the office. There was paperwork I had to get into my job that was sent 3 TIMES! The first time it was sent the office claimed to have “never gotten it” . So I asked my job to send the paperwork again. The SECOND time, whosever filled out the paperwork DID NOT COMPLETE IT it and filled out the WRONG DATES for my hospital stay but still sent paperwork to my job INCOMPLETE. By the THIRD time I asked them to complete the incomplete paperwork and they said I would have to wait ANOTHER TWO DAYS (at this point it had already been 2 weeks since I submitted the paperwork the first time). I asked for the name of the receptionist so I could report her she refused to give it to me, and she was incredibly racist towards me. I have been treated like an “angry black woman” at this location soley for being upset about the lack of consideration and priority everyone seems to have with my paperwork. I asked to speak to a higher up and was told “I don’t have a boss” or a higher up. At this point I have no choice but to complain on a public platform in hopes that they will listen. If you are a person of color DO NOT go here and if you value communication with your doctors do NOT come here. You will be treated like garbage and instead of anyone empathizing with you after receiving such awful care, you will be gaslit by receptionists and doctors saying you have no reason to be angry."

"This practice fails the basic duty of care standards and caused my wife to have a panic attack. I've never before encountered such total disregard for a patient. Imagine going to a doctor requiring urgent care for a broken leg and they *refuse* to see you because you didn't come with your "prior records". The leg will never heal right, but that's not their problem. We had a valid appointment to see the doctor, and our records could not be sent on time because my wife was stuck in India due her father's passing. In India the ob-gyn saw her without question and gave her all the help she needed. We finally made it back to the US and try to make it to an appointment that was made 1 month prior but they refused to see us for lack of "prior records". The records are coming in a few days, and there's a genuine reason why they couldn't be sent. But no, they called my wife several times, ignored her incessant pleas that she needed to see the doctor at the scheduled appointment, and just steadfast refused due to "policy". She's still in shock. Honestly I think we dodged a bullet here. What good is a medical practice that fails basic humanity? Please don't make the same mistake we did and find out their callousness the day you truly need their care. Go to a different practice today."

"Dr Acharya and Dr Chatta are amazing! I always leave the office feeling heard and they truly take the time to answer any and all questions. Both my pregnancies I was under their care and cant say i had anything short of an exceptional experience!!! Love the Edison Office! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in women’s health!!"

"I can't say enough positives. Since becoming a patient in July of 2023 due to pregnancy issues and my present doc refusing to assist, this practice took me in with open arms. From the nursing staff, the doctors, and the receptionists they have showed me the care, attentiveness, and knowledge that everyone deserves. The 3 offices I have been to as well and they are all amazing. I decided to never turn back. With a lot of PTSD from previous medical issues, having a staff so understandable, empathetic, and willing to help in every way possible, is absolutely so amazing! I can't thank them all enough."
