Urgent Care of New Jersey

"I have conflicting feelings, the support staff are hit-or-miss, for example if I need an appointment, call and get Fatima I'm going to have an easy time getting seen because I'll know if it's busy, which provider is in, what time of day is best to be seen quickly etc. If I get someone else I'm screwed or likely to stay on hold In regards to bed manners Dr. Aziz is a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks, he's rude, but whenever I've needed help he's been there. If I need a week off for a shoulder injury he'll give me 3 or 4 days but when I go to the ER it'll take 6 hours to be seen only to get 1-2 days off so, you win some you lose some. His advice is also all over, if you hurt yourself doing something mundane he'll say stop doing it before helping which is annoying but eh, what can you do"

"Staff was good and explained me everything prior to meeting the doctor. However, Very poor service from the doctor. He was uninformed upon checking me initially he left the room saying he will ask someone as he was not sure, once he was back he said he didn't knew what the issue was and he did not diagnose me nor provided any first aids, his name was Dr. John and he showed no concern what so ever. simply said you can go to ER as i am not sure what you may have and i don't know how to treat you. very disappointing and bad bad experience."

"Hi Doctors are good but staff is not good. I visited twice and Initially I paid $120 security deposit and after multiple follow-ups with staff they proceed for Insurance and it approved. But security deposit refund they are saying it will take time. we need to wait almost 3 months to refund. If they can improve on billing related issues"

"Went here Friday and Dr Aziz was horrible. Stood in the hallway while talking to me. I am having trouble hearing and he told me to use nose spray. I’m now at a different urgent care and they said the ear is full of fluid and infected. Don’t go here as long as this is the Dr you age to see. The staff were very nice and accommodating."

"Horrible customer service! Doctor Aziz was terrible. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this was just absurd. No attention or care given to his patient. Called to address this only to find out even the receptionist is unprofessional. “Oh we’re busy. We’re so busy so call again later.” This is your job to address and help the patient. What kind of urgent care is this? We didn’t even read the reviews before coming in. Could’ve saved our time AND money. I will be filing a complaint against this office."
