"The worst customer service. Wait time forever, never return your calls. Couldn't accommodation phone consultation, required online visit but had computer issues, waited for over 10 minutes on my computer, while at work. Sick for over 3 weeks. Given medication not working. Have been a patient for over 20 years. Going somewhere else."

"I’ve been going to Dr Cavallo at CFM since 2005. I kept going to them when I moved 45 minutes away because they were such a great practice. In 18 years i have never once had a billing problem until today. I went for an appt on 6/13/23 and the front desk staff never took my copay even when I asked. Then I got a bill and when I went for another appointment in Sept I asked to pay what I owe. Today 11/2/23 I got a notice that I’ve been sent to collections for $20. I’m sorry but 18 years of a good relationship and you send me to collections for not paying something in 4 months when I was able and ready twice to make the payment in office? It makes me seriously question why i would continue to go here. I’m sure there are other doctors that value people over profit (I hope)."

"I submitted this under Dr. Francis, but that seems unfair...she was great when I saw her....the rest of the office staff here is completely unprofessional and disorgazined (RWJPE - OB GYN group- Warren, NJ). My very first appointment with them arrived 15 minutes early as requested and the doors were locked. As I walked to different offices in the shared space, I was told no one was inside yet. Luckily after roaming the corridors for a while and before as I got back to my car, someone was unlocking their suite door. As I came in with the staff member she shouted that I had an appointment and the receptionist said we do not have anyone until 9, my appointment was for 8:30, so I pulled up the reminder in my phone and read it to the receptionist, and miraculousy she goes oh, Tia. I said yeah....Tia. Anywho, visit went exceptionally well with Dr. Francis and we came up with a game plan. In 3 months, I would follow up with her. Called to set up the follow up, and they had no record of my last visit and told me to contact my Gyn Onc....why do I need to see my Gyn Onc for a follow up on something that isn't cancer related, that was discussed with a doctor at their facility? So I told them what Dr. Francis and I discussed and what the follow up was for and was told I would need to speak to a nurse before I could schedule a follow up with Dr. Francis, and no one was available to speak with me at that time. Do you know they did not have a nurse call me until OVER A WEEK LATER?!?!? As someone with some scary medical history they lost me as a patient. I do not have time to play with my health because you are incompetent."

"The staff is impatient and rude. They do not return calls when they say they will. They used to be so caring and it felt like a family. Now they run it like a business where they just want your copay as quickly as possible. My 13 year old son complained of ear pain but they insisted they can only see him virtually because 2 of his symptoms aligned with COVID. How do you check his ear via telephone, but ok I followed instructions. The doctor tells us to drive to their office parking lot so a nurse can swab for strep & COVID just for precautions & said to call the next day if his pain is worse & she’ll call in an antibiotic. Next day my son’s ear pain is worse so I call in at 9am, they took a message for the doctor. By 2:15pm I hadn’t heard anything so I call back. Front office has an attitude as if I’m inconveniencing them. Then they tell me the doctor is off until next Monday (this is a Wednesday). I asked to make me an appt to see a different doctor. The response: we can’t see you until the COVID results come back… It took me getting really nasty which I regret in order for them to finally call the original doctor for her to send over the prescription."

"I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 15 years. All three doctors are caring, professional, take the time to listen and will never rush you. The office staff is just as amazing - kind, efficient, and always returns calls. Absolutely top notch!"
