"If I could give 0 stars o would… a moth waiting to see a doctor after coming out of the ER . Same day of appointment I would get a call informing me the doctor wasn’t coming in. On my 3rd appointment I went into the office for them to tell me the doctor was running late,I go out to buy some food to get a call from them saying the doctor wasn’t going to make it and if I agree to a virtual meeting. Fine tho I was upset that I had to travel for nothing I accepted the virtual I told her everything I was feeling she ignored half and tells me I need physical therapy no appointment was provided. she said they will call you to set up appointment …. This was on a Friday is now Tuesday I been calling them and no answer."
"Just saw a GYN doctor at this clinic and when I say NEVER AGAIN! I forgot the doctor’s name but she is a very tall African American female who is very rude. She has a nasty attitude and poor way of speaking to people. She doesn’t listen to her patients. She was so rude that I walked out and left her talking to herself. I would never return and I would never even recommend anyone I know to go to this clinic. This “doctor” isn’t fit to take care of a dog. So very disappointed."
"I’ve been coming to this location to see a primary care doctor for a few years. Besides the wait time I’ve never had an issue with anything regarding my visits. However, today I had an appt @ 2:30pm & I arrived at the location @ 2:40pm, my insurance card was checked and updated into their system and I sit down to wait. 4:40pm I still haven’t been called, I get up to cancel my appt only to find out that I was never properly checked in. 2 hours sitting down for nothing, no apology or anything from the staff. This was definitely my last visit. Do better."
