"I was here on 1/6/24 because I had a cold and I was told them I had a soar throat infection. They checked my blood and gave me iron pills and pills for my cold didn’t give me anything for my throat. Make this worse I called today and a ditzy receptionists by the name of Angela picks up the phone I explained what is going on and can I talk to the doctor on what type of pills I got. She didn’t take my name or date of birth and said the doctor I saw is not here . How do you know who I saw if you never I got my information ? This place is so unprofessional. She needs to be retrained or get another job where she’s not dealing with the public."
"I went to this urgent care recently and all I can say is that the employees there are amazing. The manager there is an amazing person as well as the doctor. They are very respectful and empathetic and I will definitely recommend the place to everyone I know."
"Constantly out of doctors or will leave you in a room for over an hour. Place just opened a few hours ago and already telling people they have to come back in 2 hours to be seen. The display of systematic racism in this area of the Bronx is crazy can't get no doctor or treatment out here unless u willing to sit in Bronx Lebanon for hours."
"I would give them a zero stars if I could went there for the flu and it’s like that don’t care the receptionist is very rude she doesn’t make you feel comfortable always has an attitude wish I knew her name to say it. I went there went they first open it was soo nice now they gotten very ghetto it’s a shame I’ve chosen to go to CITY Med in Fordham road great service the doctors really care they don’t rush you out and explain what is wrong with you unlike Omega! And the girls in front are so kind and pleasent! I know I’m writing this review for nothing cause nothing is gonna get done cause if it was you wouldn’t be directing people that are leaving comments to some other site please I just hope somebody goes in there and fix things make it friendly and trusting like when they first opened!"
"I would give 0 stars if i could It's been almost a week I went in to get testing done and never received my labs . I've gone nobody had my labs,was told I'd get a call back nobody has called me and when I do call both numbers it's either busy or the phone gets hung up. I'm not even going to get started on the weird behavior of some of the staff on my initial visit..."
