"For an urgent care clinic, I was very satisfied with my visit. Wait time was reasonable ~45min but people have to be understanding if the wait time is longer since it’s an urgent care clinic! You sign in via a very easy kiosk or can register with the front desk but kiosk was fast. Smooth check in. The nurse/MA Mariam was very sweet and efficient. The PA was in and out, addressed everything I needed that day. I appreciated the welcoming environment and most of all efficiency."

"This is place is horrible. If it’s packed you have to wait outside. People been had appointments yet they take their silly time. I understand time management etc but this place really lacks professionalism and time management. Even common sense is lacking. Should have went to Harlem! What’s even sickening I only came for a flu shot. I have to wait 3hrs for a flu shot. It’s crazy"

"I had visited this City MD on 08/12/23 for a preexisting condition that was causing me some trouble for a few days, upon arrival I was greeted by the reception staff and check in is very quick, the wait was also a short one. I’ve been to this location often but this day for being a Saturday was an easy visit. When it was time for me to check out, the two staff members in the front were so nice and asked if I needed anything stamped (which was a work form) and I was also offered a bottle of water before leaving, which was a life saver because it was hot out and I was walking home since I live close by. They sent me home with well wishes and I told them I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Out of both City MD offices in this area, this one has been the most pleasant and welcoming one hands down and it’s because the staff here are very welcoming and helpful. It can be busy on certain days or during certain seasons (of course cold/flu season especially) but usually you can be seen quickly and I’ve never approached a problem while coming here for care, but if you want a nice experience with staff, I recommend coming here."

"My 1st time here and I can't say enough. The place was clean, sanitized and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was out in less than an hour. The doctor was extremely kind and patient when if forgotten the name of my medicines. I never felt rushed or like they just wanted to hurry up and get me out the door. The staff was very kind, patient and friendly. I been going to Jacobi medical center for years and they could never get my asthma medicine just right because my insurance no longer covers my advair so they been trying to find a suitable substitute to get my asthma under control. I walk into this rapid clinic just once and I come out with the RIGHT MEDICATION I needed to get my asthma under control. Thank You CityMD I just wish they had permanent doctors for those who are looking to change their doctors. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of fast medical services."
