"I went here as i have many times before. The young lady (PA) Shelly was pleasant and sweet. The doctor was pleasant as well. I felt free to ask questions and didn't feel rushed as you can when at the doctors offices. He explained my rx’s and why they were being prescribed. Total time about 30-40 mins."
"I recently visited this urgent care facility seeking treatment for a finger injury. My experience with their customer service was disappointing. I initially went on January 17, and the doctor provided a work note until January 22, with instructions to return on January 25 for stitch removal. However, a different doctor was present on the latter date, and only one finger's stitches were removed. I was instructed to return after 3/4 days for the second finger. On January 25, I inquired about extending the work note, as the initial note covered only until January 22. The doctor assured me that on my return on January 29, he would extend the date. Today, upon stitch removal, I requested the extended work note, but I was informed they couldn't backdate it. They directed me to contact aftercare, who, in turn, advised me to speak with CityMD provider. In addition to these challenges, the behavior of the front desk staff and the manager was notably unpleasant. Furthermore, I am disappointed with the medical care provided as the stitches, meant to close the cut, were open when removed after 10 days. Despite expressing concern, I was told it's normal. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the level of care and professionalism at this urgent care facility."
"In December of 2022, I went to this City MD for a Covid test. I was very sick. At first, they said it was negative but asked me to wait, so they were 100% sure. As I was leaving, they said not to leave because I tested positive, and the Soctor wanted to speak with me. I got a doctor's note, office summary, and notes on how to get better. Fast fprward to last year. During the 2023 holiday, I was sick and thought it was the flu. On January 2nd, I did an at home Covid test and saw it came back positive. I decided the next day to visit City MD. I've never had a bad experience, and they're always thorough. However, that changed with the doctor I saw. I explained everything to Doctor Cassamajor & he seemed nice at first. The tech did a covid test, which came back negative. The doctor decided to do an oral swab test and nasal test. He stated "Oh you must have better covid test than we do since your test came back positive!" I said I doubt that, but I was seriously angry. Ever hear of a false positive, or do you know a test actually being positive? This guy clearly didn't like me for whatever reason. Not even 5 minutes later, and he stated both tests were negative. He said to the tech to give me a syrup... no name, didn't explain anything to me. What was the name of the syrup? What was it for? Did I have something to be prescribed a syrup? Nope. No communication. I walked past the desk, and not one staff member asked if I was OK, if I needed anything, or if I was finished. No note of a prescription, no visit summary, no doctor's note, etc I waited in the lobby for almost 20 minutes. Everyone before me and after was asked the previous questions. Very suspect, maybe because I'm more Italian American in appearance despite my last name? Never again. I'm done with this place. I came here to see what was wrong and got treated like I was an illness and a joke. I do not recommend this place. It's sad I went here for over 7 years but never again. I'll go elsewhere from now on."
"Honestly, I didn’t like the care that they gave me today because I had to wait two hours in the room until the doctor came mind you the doctor had seen me in there. She had called my name and then went and attended another patient. She never came, but then this other older doctor came in and attended me Then, after two hours, finally, an older doctor came in and attended me. He said my strep throat test was good. It didn’t have anything looked inside my mouth and that was it didn’t even sit down to talk to me or discuss how I was Feeling I wouldn’t go back to this Facility"
