"I went to Ivy Rehab for therapy after rotator cuff surgery. I worked with all of the therapists at one point or another and all of them were great and pleasant. So was the rest of the staff in all areas. Chris K was my primary therapist and it was really great to be treated by Chris. Overall the entire treatment was a pleasure and a success. I completed the therapy and returned to 100% of my pre-injury condition. I had one issue with the billing (billing is handled by a central office) and they very quickly resolved the problem with a quick phone call. Excellent service in all aspects."
