"This store is a constant disappointment. I used the Adidas app “deliver to store” feature and they turned my package away because no one was trained enough to know that was even a feature. Said shoes were sold out at that point both in store and online. Then the next day the app said what I wanted was in stock in store and I called to confirm that was correct and the woman on the phone said yes. I arrived approximately 10 minutes later (I live close) and they told me she was wrong. I’m just tired of not being able to rely on the app or the store personnel giving me a constant runaround. Everyone was always very nice and didn’t give me a hard time but Adidas needs to get their act together."

"What a friendly crew, what a inviting store. I interacted with 5 people while I was trying to decide whether to exchange a shoe I bought online for a different size. Everyone so chill friendly and helpful. My guess is that the location has a great manager who sets the right positive tone and customer service attitude. I had the impression everyone liked working there. Would definitley go back."

"Good service. Jazzmin she welcomed me and gave me all the information I needed. She was kind and friendly to me. There was another woman that helped me as well (I think she was the manager) but Jazzmin overall has great work ethics. I saw other reviwes here about the staff being extremely rude and disgusting I can also say that yeah I had that sense when I first came in but Jazzmin was the only one that took it upon herself to go out her way to assist me. One thing I couldn't find was American football cleats. This is a problem because every sporting goods store or sports related stores never have American football cleats and now I have to order them online which is an inconvenience cause I like to shop in person and try on the products right then and there. Overall good store if you love Adidas products."

"Basicly a good normal adidas store. Clean store. Friendly helpful staff. I was the last customer of the day and all are friendly and helpful. Not everywhere normal. And I was happy to been there because I make a good deal with my new sneakers."
