"My son would go here since his mom didnt know any better and i assumed it was good but the front desk service is bad. Our very LAST visit was when we took our son to dr louis paul and he had a problem with his thumb and dr paul said no its normal hes a kid. He was more concerned with him getting some vaccine which is not the reason we were there for. We ended up taking him to westmed and they said it was a trigger thumb. There could of been permanent damage. Dont trsust them with your kids . Check your insurance and see which drs. Accept your insurance theses clinics hire whoever and are there for quantity over quality over money be careful"

"I scheduled an appointment with pediatrics for my daughter’s annual physical for school. Place is clean and organized. Front desk assisted me as it was our first time at the hospital. Dr Louis-Paul is my daughter’s primary care physician, he is very professional and was accompanied by a female nurse during examinations. I will continue taking my daughter here until she ages out."

"I have been attending this clinic since my son was a newborn. The doctor and nurses who work in pediatrics are phenomenal but the front desk individuals are horrific. From their negative non-verbal demeanor to patronizing interactions with patients and caregivers. That also includes the security guard at the front desk. Absolutely no people skills. They seemed bothered by patients and angry that they have to come to work. On the systemic side, I have to put up with the scarce availability for appointments because of the doctor only being there 2 days a week. I just can't anymore. My son is a toddler and this is his primary doctor why do I have to struggle to make an appointment when he is sick?!?! While asking for his medical records to find him another primary care clinic. They responded with an attitude, were unaware that my son has two moms (we've been going to this clinic for 2 years!), and stated we would have to pay 75 cents per page for his medical records. Ill trained in diversified families and effective problem solving is a major red flag in quality of care. I truly wish these women are close to retirement or finally decide to pursue a career that brings joy to themselves and others."
