"I came in with a broken foot . Made it to the first seat where the receptionist came over to me and took care of all my check in and insurance . Then the nurse came with a wheelchair and Dr came in, went straight to X-rays and then back for a splint and appointment for a foot specialist all within a half hour. I couldn't have had better service! Everyone was so kind and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. Highly recommend this city md"

"Doctor was rather condescending and initially refused to provide a note for work (wanted a note saying I was SEEN -not a note to excuse me from working) after being seen in the office. I was told that I'd get one when/if I went to the ER. Ridiculous that I needed to ask multiple times. After I told them I've never been refused a note from any other doctor ever, she finally gave me one. I'll never go back. Empty office and waited forever."

"Go to the urgent care in Cresskill- I had all the symptoms of strep, a fever, and was in extreme pain (could not swallow or barely talk) and the doctor told me to take motrin. I went the next day to Cresskill and they were shocked/prescribed me the necessary antibiotics right away."
