"These reviews need updating. It would appear that the terrible people have been fired or sent elsewhere, because the only person I interacted with, nurse practitioner Celina, was a class act, kind and great at administering vaccines quickly and virtually painlessly!"

"Unbelievable! I had to hold myself down not to curse this woman out. The nurse is a sweetheart. However, the nurse practitioner should lose her licence yesterday. I went there in desperation to get antibiotics for my throat infection. Rapid test was negative for strep and they sent samples to the lab. She refuaed to prescribe meds even though I couldn’t swallow from the pain and told her my son was just diagnosed with strep and his rapid was negative. I explained explicitly that i have blood cancer (CLL) and infections can be very dangerous but she almost laughed at me. I ran home and immediately ordered amoxicillin from a virtual doctor. Two days and the pain is gone but the infection affected my vocal cords and lost my voice. Also had throbbing ear pain which is now gone from the meds. And this incompetent woman had a nerve to call me two theee days later to tell me im not really sick only had a colony of bacteria and no antibiotics are recommended. Really! Im mad just writing this all down"

"Nurse was nice but when I saw the nurse practitioner she told me it was simply a virus and to wait. I explained further that I always end up with sinus infections as a result of a common cold and her response was that she’d call me in 5 days to check in on me. When I asked for a number to follow up on I got a 1-800 number so id basically get an answering service. Didn’t listen to my concerns and told me It was their “policy” to not give antibiotics unless bacterial at that time, however with co vid you can’t get an appointment now so I’ll have to pay another $100 co pay. What a waste of time, now I see why they all have horrible reviews. Never will go back!"

"P.A. C. Janacelli was very professional as well as very caring. She went above and beyond in resolving my issue. Wait time was minimal in regards to my appointment time as well. This was my third visit there and I will definitely return when in need."

"The nurse was nice enough, but didn't listen to the main reason I was there. I told her about two issues and she 100% focused only on the first issue, the second one (sore throat, painful gland) was completely brushed aside. So, I wound up going to another place and spending another $$ copay. Also gave me an antibiotic, sent my specimen out to the lab 'take the antibiotic and if it comes back nothing wrong, stop taking it' Umm, that made no sense to me. Throwing meds at a problem that might not even exist. Would not recommend."
