"No. Just no. First of all, there is no point in scheduling an appt online. They won’t honor it because they are also managing the walk ins. Every person that walked in that had an appt was turned away. Needless to say, people we upset. Second, why can’t they triage better? There are people here for covid/flu swabs (me). I really just need a test to show work. I don’t need to be seen. Nothing. Just swab me and let me know the results. Sure I can go to my PCP, but PCP is away, so here I am. So that then has people waiting longer who actually need to be seen. It’s currently 50deg out, not that cold, but about 80 in here. I asked to step outside for some air because I’m actively sick, feverish, chills, sweats, and I was nearly told that they would not allow me back in. For air? I can’t step out directly in front for air!?? I’ll never come here again."
"This is the best and friendliest UC around. The new digs are very nice and comfortable. Everyone is super nice, they treat you in a reasonable amount of time, and the doctor who saw me was great in explaining what she thought was going on, and the treatment we were going to do. I can't recommend this place highy enough."
