"Been trying to get test results for over 2 weeks. Surgical coordinator seems to just not care or make it any sort of semi priority to help me see if i need surgery.. I’ve spoken to her 3 times after bothering the radiology place 3 times to resend the report (they won’t send it directly to me and i have to go pick it up if i want it) each time i call to see if Deborah got it she goes “it’s the morning, they haven’t gone through the faxes, it may be here”… like you can’t just walk over and see if you got it? Or double check and follow up. So i just cannot imagine how setting up surgery and the like would be with this office. It’s been 2 weeks and no results even after following up over and over. Really sad people just don’t want to do their jobs anymore"

"I would never recommend this Dr. Jeganathan After the exam all of the gelled lubricant was all over the outside of my caboose and when I asked if they would wipe it down or provide an alcohol wipe for me they said they don't do that and alcohol would not work. They then pointed me to a bathroom door with my pants down around my ankles that I had to waddle over to that was locked from the other side (while standing there naked in front of a nurse). Once in the bathroom all they had was toilet paper to clean up with which worked but yet alcohol would not? Alcohol is both water soluble and a solvent so it works on lubricant. Can you imagine being a senior citizen waddling across about 6 full steps and using a half a roll of toilet paper to clean up. So humiliating and the most non-professional Dr."
