"I was treated in the emergency room for what turned out to be pneumonia. Everyone that I came into contact with, including the nurses, the techs and the Dr. was very nice. They each explained everything to me so that I could understand what was happening. I received good care and am already feeling better. I know people complain about waiting and I was also anxious to leave and go home but there were a lot of people there. I have accompanied patients to other ER's and have found that you have to wait in all of them. It's the nature of ER's -no appointments just people showing up."

"rude and nasty nurses. Was in the ER for 7 hours and didn’t see a doctor. I Waited two hours just to get in because there was a crisis involving 1 patient… apparent the whole staff was needed for one patient… I Was left in a room for 3 hours AFTER getting test results with an IV needle in my arm attached to nothing.. ultimately had to sign myself out because of how ridiculous this was. Will not be returning."

"I can’t thank the entire trauma staff for the excellent emergency care my husband received on Thanksgiving . After a fall off the roof that resulted in cracked ribs and collapsed lungs, my husband was treated quickly , kindly, professionally and thoroughly . His days on the surgical ICU floor weremade bearable by the excellent nursing staff, attentive doctors and caring workers of every kind. Thank you so much, all of you, for your part in saving my husbands life . We will forever be grateful."

I had a scheduled C-Section, with Dr Greseu and Dale as one of my nurses, all the staff members have made my post delivery so much easier than my first C-section. I was walking the halls within 36 hours after the surgery. Excellent care for myself and the baby."

"Staff is gross. Went a few days ago, had insane cramping and bleeding. They did take me in faster than I thought, BUT… what happened after was terrible. The nurse in the ER department took forever to get my blood tests going and put an IV in my HAND. It was hurting so bad, I mentioned it and all he said was “it’s supposed to hurt”. I was there for about 7 hours. They worked very slowly especially the nurse, I told him I was starting to get hungry and thirsty. He said he would get me something to eat and drink. An hour went by and I didn’t get anything, keep in mind I couldn’t walk well. I had to get out of bed, walk through the ER to find a nurse that was on the floor. Told one of the nurses the situation and finally after 1.5 hr of waiting they gave me a sandwich and drink. Apparently my nurse went on a break, so he gets to eat and his patients could starve..?? He didn’t even mention it to anyone that one of his patients is asking for food.. Also, I went to the bathroom and they had to remove the IV, when I came back nobody even bothered to connect the IV back. Terrible experience, and also my hand is swollen now thanks to the horrible nurse that said “there was nothing to worry about”."
