"Basically, the practice has a very nice people. The problem I have had right at the onset is not being guided by an actual physical therapist throughout my visit. I am left in the hands of the assistants. They really don’t know what they’re doing from A-to-Z. They are assistants. They've had me do exercises for about 40 minutes that were being done incorrectly until a physical therapist actually spotted what was going on and came over and made a correction. This happened three separate times during my visit. Unacceptable."
