"Sadly they have gotten to many pts and no longer care about them. I had an appointment for the Dr. and on my way I was literally stopped on rt. 17 so I was 6 min passed the time that they would see me. It was not my fault that they were working on the highway and the waiting room was completely empty so I'm assuming I was the last patient and they just wanted to leave and did not care for their pt."

"No complaints against the Doctors. But the Lab at 30 Hatfield Lane should not have a male technician doing ultrasounds on female patients."

"DO NOT GO HERE. I have been having bowel issues since April 2021. went to a different place than here first. went to 2/3 dr’s in their Gastroenterology department and they are RUDE. the PA yelled at me in front of the waiting room full of waiting patients because my old dr still did not send them my medical records after already signing a release form through this office. 2nd doctor barely listened to me and reduced my problems to weed smoking or “because I stopped taking an antidepressant” even though i stopped that medication after i was already having issues. I have not bothered with this place since. but since my visit i have sobered up, and rest assured i am still having my same issues. I would never go here again."

"Not always animal friendly I took my service animal in and a young blonde with a pony tail told me that I HAD to have a vest or tag on him! Which is obviously NOT correct I told her she was mistaken and she continued to argue with me LOL and refused me my RIGHT to have him with me which not only violated my rights but she broke Federal law so maybe make sure your staff are well educated and informed correctly !!!! BTW she was the only one there that has ever bothered me the other staff have always been gracious! And so everyone knows you are ONLY ALLOWED to ask me "is that a service animal?' and"what is it's function?" Your NOT ALLOWED TO ask for proof like a vest or tag or what my disability is!! Thank you"

"Their on call drs are a joke. I've been waiting for over 3hours for a answer as to whether or not i have a current up to date tetanus shot. The on call dr Philips stated she didn't get my 1st two pages and that she wasn't in front of a pc. It has been over 40minutes since she stated she would get back to me. It's bad enough i cut myself but not having insurance, i need to know a simple date of muy vaccination, which should be available through my patient portal but isn't. Seems like they're out doing things and aren't actually doing their job when they're in call. Never had this experience in the past, and am very saddened and frustrated by their response time"
