"Waited in my car for almost 45 minutes to get tested for COVID-19. Went into the room, my stats were checked and waited another 35 mins. I had to call them on the phone. You would think the possibility of having Covid would have them deal with you faster They promised to call me 2 hours after but instead send me a link to sign in to. My head is hurting and I am sick, I don't have the wherewithal to go search for pw and username... KMT The only reason I went to them is because they are attached to the hospital plus Crystal Run urgent care in Monroe is closed"

"I am totally disgusted with this practice The doctor never called me with results the doctor never called cvs about clarifying by medication waiting I week Ones of my medications entered incorrectly cvs told me. I will not be returning to this location."

"Do NOT go to this place. They do NOT give out the correct health information. People are being told they can test for covid today if they were exposed today. This is absolutely false. You should wait 3 to 5 days after exposure to get tested. There is no way to test for covid directly after exposure. Medical facilities are supposed to be advising people with the correct information not just testing for the hell of it. If someone wants to be tested directly after exposure then you should be educating them on why they are testing too soon. You should be ashamed of yourselves"
