"Referred by excel a few doors down When they didn't answer phone regardless of trying every possible option including urgent need for appt I walk in find no reason calls aren't being picked up but find out many of the doctors left the practice so I was referred there for no reason"

"The doctors in the office are good. The office staff are not on too of things at all. My dentist tried starting in Nov to get an updated medical clearance. They faxed and called the office several times. Finally my dentist office called me in January to get me involved. Their response was they never received any fax’s from my dentist office. What about the phone calls? Then my hematologist ordered infusion for iron and she said they would call to make an appointment, they never did. I had to call to schedule the appointment. The phone rings and when finally a ve machine picks up and says leave a message. They are not the greatest at returning calls. I don’t know what’s going on but I noticed a huge turn over for office staff and some receptionists are very unfriendly and not very personable. This area needs quite a bit of work, this has been a recent issue of about a year."

"This doctors office is unorganized. Not only that they are spiteful mean and nasty. And the doctors would rather drop you as a patient rather than fix the problems inside the office. more over it's illegal to stop seeing a patient suddenly without giving them a last dosage and the letter they sent out for the 30 days came in 26 days into it without me knowing my rights or anything. I actually left their office sicker than when I started. Please do not see this doctor's office."

"Made a first pregnancy appointment with one of the doctors in this group, told them it was for a first pregnancy and verified the doctor delivered at the hospital I wanted. Got to my appointment and was told the doctor didn't actually do pregnancies and was referred to Crystal Run. Now they are trying to charge me for this appointment after being assured by the doctor himself that I wouldn't be billed because he didn't do anything. Now I'm battling with billing people and will likely have to report them to my insurance company. Nothing worse then extra stress during a pregnancy that could have easily been avoided if the staff here were competent and told me this doctor didn't do pregnancies. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place."
