"Been a patient for at least 25 years. Was feeling sick today with virus or flu. Called for appointment the only thing I was able to get was a teleconference call for two days later. I called their Warwick location they had a on site visit available for today at 5:15. When I went to book it I was told since your a patient in Florida we can’t see you cause we have to book u as a new patient. All part of horizon family medical. Crazy policy. Told to go to urgent care. Had to vent because very disappointing"

"2 years ago I was a patient of this I was not feeling well I drove from work to their main office to see them I told them I was losing my balance a little my right arm was a little weak I could not drive my car too well. They told me I needed to have an MRI they would get back to me to get permission through the insurance the next day I was getting worse. I went to the hospital I will suffering from a stroke. The doctor said at the hospital if I would have went to the hospital they could have reversed it the first couple hours. They made my life a living hell for 6 months."
