"This store is near my apartment which is convenient. The prices are ok. The guy that usually works there is very pleasant. On the other hand, rude is an understatement to describe the lady owner. She's just nasty! I will avoid going back there!!"

"I come to this liquor store all the time because it is really close. I like the male owner and the main guy that works there. We always joke and laugh whenever I come in. The female owner on the other hand is not so pleasant. I don't think I ever seen a day that she smiled. Whenever I go I usually find the wine that I am looking for. The prices are not the best. I have been to other liquor stores that have better pricing."

"The female owner is very rude! She refused to say thank you after I made my purchase. When confronted she said "I don't have to say thank you to you" I requested my money back to which she complied. It's a shame because it was convenient location for me and I was a consistent customer there. I will never make another purchase there again. Now I go to Everblue Liquors at 431 Wood Avenue where I feel that my business is appreciated. The owners and employees are pleasant and always say "Thank You" after I make my purchase. I would love to give Benos a no star rating...but I wouldn't be able to post the review."
