"ok so number 1.. i was on the phone for about 3 minutes.. you must have the wrong person. number 2 my prescription wasn’t even for prescription plus i realized after it was for prescription center & number 3 my husband never came in there since my medication was obviously not there. i got the places mixed up but still that doesn’t give your staff the right to speak to someone like that. you must have been speaking with someone else for a half hour because it wasn’t me. you obviously Don’t know what you’re talking about. (only writing another review since i can’t reply to the other one)."

"Went in to receive a booster shot. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The wait wasn’t long as compared to many other places I’ve tried to go into. It looks deceiving from the outside but once inside there are many great employees who will answer your questions or concerns. I was surprised at how professional they upheld their customer service I know a lotttt of pharmacies struggle with said service but this place was an exception. Will def come back"

"Horrible place! The pharmacist is lazy and looked for any excuse not to administer the flu vaccine. I waited for almost an hour and every time he came out just to tell the young lady up front that he needs more info. I even called my insurance to get all the info he requested and he still kept doing this. Absolutely ridiculous. If he didn’t want to do the vaccine he should have just said so rather than wasting my time like that! ************************ Thanks for the response prescription plus, but let’s be honest here! You didn’t even come out to speak to me not once. All our interaction was through the young lady at the front. I provided you with the RX Bin #, PCN #, group #, and ID just like you requested. You waited for me to hang up with my insurance for you to tell me that the you need a “different” group #. I was willing to call again but I left because one, you wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom although you knew I had been waiting there for almost an hour and two because it takes forever to get through to an insurance representative. A sincere apology would have been nice but your response just shows me that you’ll say anything to make yourself look good even if it’s untrue."

"AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The workers are very helpful and welcoming. Always putting their time and effort for great customer service. Helping the community with COVID tests, vaccines..etc. Yesterday, I came in for a booster shot and they were fast and attentive. This place is the best !! Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. This place is wonderful, helpful and attentive. Will come again. Thank you workers !!"
