If you ask him politely how long your script will be he nastily responds “I’ll get to it when I get to it and if you don’t like that you can take your business elsewhere. Well until Kevin is no longer at your business, myself and my whole family and friends will. CVS please re evaluate your pharmacist."

"Terrible! Made an appointment online for vaccines, came from far away and upon arrival was told they do not have the vaccine. No alternative or help offered. This is a bigger problem than it appears. Shut the appointments down online if your are out of stock…COMMON SENSE. Corporate has also been informed."

"With the store you get what you get, no more cashiers, you find your item and use self check out, fine, but the pharmacy is horrible, it is terrible managed and the pharmacist sits down and acts like they are not aware of the lines, the slowness, the fact you have 4 for 5 people their, and only 1 person doing in store register and window, not to mention the window is closed most of the time. No words can describe how far down this store when even with cleanliness from the outside to the inside, really disappointed. Customer service at its all time low and really reflecting on your company. Few days now and nobody answers pharmacy phone, you go through 2 minutes of automated prompts, to get hung up on. Is their any management at this store at all, Who is being held accountable. Incredible."

"The new fraud is using other people’s phone numbers to access store loyalty programs to steal store money or coupons on your accounts. At least with Target you can toggle your funds off in the app until you’re ready to use them. I’ve had a problem with my CVS account because of this from a stranger in a different state. May cancel my CVS Carepass now if they can’t figure out how to prevent this."

"Aug 2023, I went into buy a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide, their shelves are EMPTY. Then I wanted Mouthwash, and they only had a few bottles left on the shelf. I walk around the whole store and couldn’t believe my eyes that most of the shelves were empty and not fully stocked. Honestly, what is going on with this CVS store, are they closing it down. I ended up going to Stop and Shop, in the same location. They were fully stocked with what I needed, and their prices were great. They even had lots of items on sale in the Drug and Beauty isles. If I were you, don’t bother stopping in CVS, just drive in the back to STOP and SHOP, the whole store is clean, wide isles and FULLY STOCKED. Hopefully CVS Corporate Office is reading this review and you get a rep to see what is going on at this location."
