"Understaffed, irresponsible organizers, horrible music and DJs. Extremely rude staff that were cursing and arguing with eachother. We saw was disrespectful to a bunch of people in line, calling them idiots and cursing at them just for not being ready for their turn. There was ONE bartender, ONE security guard and ONE person working coat check (but plenty of staff that were just sitting around watching the line) for an event of 200+ people. Coat check line was also a 30 minute wait and extremely disorganized. We were waiting outside in a line that wrapped around the block in the freezing cold. Despite hosting a NYE event, and arriving at 10:50pm, we weren’t able to get in until 12:15— long after the ball drop. Mandatory coat check that we HAD to pay for. Expensive tickets. No refund offered for this awful experience."

"Hmmm. Heard hype about this place and decided to check it out. Where do I begin? I think the crowd doesn't understand techno so you might encounter rude people who don't understand unity with the beat, with people, and the universe. The bouncer manhandled me at the ATM for no reason. Someone who wanted "space" hit me with an umbrella while dancing, and thats when i decided to leave. I'm pretty chill and don't get into people's personal space. The straight men are overly posturing threatening masculinity. I just didn't understand the vibe on a Christmas eve and perversion of a culture that works really well in other US cities, like DC and Baltimore. I partied all around and just can tell when a place attracts hostile mediocrity. If you go, wear a smile. It will protect you to an extent. However, there are no safe space enforcement rules or bouncers you can count on to protect you if you get hit. It's pricy, and I agree with some other patrons that this place could do better."

"After party here is terrible. Terrible service at the door... and super expensive for an unknown dj and specially for an after party. People are rude by the entrance, screaming, yelling, charging some people not charging others, they will let you in whenever they feel like it, it is mandatory coat check, expensive drinks... inside it doesn't get much better either. I do not recommend this place at all!! The overall vibe sucks!!"

"Staff are rude once u out u cant go inside , and nobody warns u abt it. Once u out they push u out from their area with several idiotic reasons . Entrance was EMPTY THEY PUSHBUS OUT BY RUDELY YELLING FOR WHOLES STREET . If u have mind and dont wanna be embarrassed by ur own money don’t come here. Music sucks. Now me nor my 8 friends gonna come back here again!!!"
