"Had this doctor for over 10 years, so this review will accurately reflect about my experience. secretary staff are terrible and unqualified. I called to schedule an appointment when I was sick and Urgas-Rey told me “there is nothing she can do and let the virus take its course, don’t be shocked if you end up in the ER”. She made it sound over the phone as if I was going to die. Straight up malpractice. The stupidity in this clinic is unbelievable, but believable once you set foot through the door."

"I came here because my mother recommended it. She liked the doctor, Dr. Rey. And I will say, since shes been seeing him she's heathlier and happier. Not sure if its because he's a great doctor or because he speaks Spanish and my mom feels more comfortable with that. So because she had nothing but good things to say, I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment for 10:15am one day to have blood work done. When I get here, no one greets me. Its as if it was a bother that I was there. The two receptionists were on the phone and the waiting room was packed. I was told I dont have an appointment and that I was not in the system. I waited an hour and a half. I was STARVING. Then only good thing was the nurse, Alex. She was super nice and easy going. Once the doctor saw me, I was out of there in minutes. Oh but to get my bloodwork results, I had to come back in. I don't understand why I need to come in. Most places say, no news is good news. But no. Here you have to come back, pay a copay, and have the doctor tell you what the results are even if everything is fine. I'm currently still waiting to get told my results. My appointment was at 10am and its now 11:24am. This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. It smells, and the staff sucks; except for Alex and Olga. The doctors are fine too I guess. I'm thinking of just walking out and asking them later to fax my documents to my old doctor's office. If you want to come here, you are warned. Expect to waste a lot of your time here."

"Awesome Doctor's and staff. Very caring and they take time to listen to you. They don't rush you in and out. The staff is very friendly and caring as well. I've never been disappointed with my care here. Highly recommend Clifton Comprehensive."
