"Our daughter has been enrolled at Shining Smiles for nearly a year; she started when she was 7 months old, in the infant room. Like any parents, we were nervous when we started because it was our first time leaving our daughter in the care of others, but everything went really well. The staff are all very professional and kind and careing, and take great care of our daughter. Every person on staff (even teachers in other classrooms who don't regularly interact with her) seem to know her name and say hi to her in the halls, which I love. We're now in a 1 year old classroom and continue to be happy with our experience there."

The teachers are fantastic and genuinely care about the kids, the administrators are wonderful and the communication is fantastic with multiple daily updates about activities, feeding, etc. The facilities are great and they're given plenty of time to play, but also do story time and many fun arts and crafts activities."
