"Store had an entire section marked (Buy 2, get one free) Picked out 6 items thinking the 2 of the lowest value would come off the purchase. Was told one item was stocked there mistakenly and wasn't part of the sale. We removed 2 more items from the purchase because we didn't want to pay full price. Manager only removed one item and fought with my Wife about the accuracy of the receipt. Finally, my wife had to resort to return every-single-item we purchased and re-scan only the things we intended to purchase. The second total amount was almost $30 cheaper than the first proving the manager didn't refund the non-purchased item. The manager was finally apologetic to her mistake, but that's 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back."

"I used to be able to come here and find a lot of good deals, but I think the quality has gone down. I also think there is less of a selection. The focus seems to be mainly on furniture now."
