"Worst furniture store so far.. we went there because of the store name and reputation but we got robbed. We wanted to buy 2 piece sleeper sofa chaise. We liked one at the store but it had right chaise and we wanted with left chaise so we placed an order for the same one. The lady who was helping us “Kim Garambone“ we told her that we want the same sofa ‘which was at the store for display’ in same color but with left chaise and she said you will get exactly the same sofa and everything with a left arm sleeper. We made a deal and were happy even if we got that sofa for very high price $1049.90. When we received the delivery we were so upset the sofa was in different color and very very cheap just like a cardboard box. I contacted that lady multiple times and she said the color you wanted had right arm only but why she told us that we will get the same sofa in same color with left arm chaise on that day? She refused to help and we were so disappointed and kept the sofa. Trust me the sofa looks like $500 but we paid $1049.90 for this trash, when I was moving the sofa with the support of my knees it made a hole on the side. If you push it that’s gonna make a hole this is really cheap material. I don’t recommend this store and the people who work there."

"Had a great time picking out a couch today. Sande Haar was very knowledgeable and was patient answering all our questions. He was not pushy at all which made us comfortable shopping around until we found a suitable couch. He also made sure we got the best deal. Greatly appreciated him!"

When entering the store we’re welcome by the salesman Geo Medina he was was very friendly and very helpful and he talked to us in Spanish and I was very impressed. How friendly and patient he was not pushy he let us walk around the store and if we had any questions he was always there. What a great day we had to be able to furnish our new condo with everything from Raymond and Flanagan. Geo Medina was exceptional what great employee to have working there. We’re moving to Florida and we got a living room bedroom dining room. And best part about everything they’re going to deliver to Fl."
